We read every message. The most useful ones point out something we got wrong. Manufacturers change specs, prices and models often, and readers are usually the first to notice.
What to include
- Corrections: the page URL, the claim you think is wrong, and a link to a source (ideally the manufacturer's page or manual).
- Broken links: the page and the link text.
- Suggestions: a product or question you'd like us to cover.
What we can't help with
- Veterinary questions. We're not vets. If your cat is straining in the litter box, urinating frequently with little output, or showing blood in its urine, contact a veterinarian promptly. Repeated unproductive attempts to urinate can be an emergency.
- Orders, returns and warranty claims. Please contact the retailer or manufacturer you bought from. We don't sell products ourselves.
